A Successful Screening of Voices of the Silenced for Belfast, Despite Protests
Tuesday 13th March saw the second public screening of the feature documentary film, “Voices of the Silenced”. The film tells the story of 15 individuals moving out of homosexual practices and feelings, and listens to the perspectives of experts from around the world.
Peaceful Protest Planned at The Queen’s University Belfast over Film Screening Refusal
Following the refusal of Queen’s Film Theatre (QFT) and Queen’s University Belfast (QUB) to provide services to Core Issues Trust which sought a private, invitation-only premier screening of “Voices of the Silenced: Experts, Evidences and Ideology” earlier this month, a group will display a protest banner at 13h00 outside the university premises, on Tuesday 13th of March.

The Queens University Belfast Refuses Voices of the Silenced Screening
Following an enquiry from Core Issues Trust (CIT) on 15 February 2018 to host its Belfast Premiere of “Voices of the Silenced”, Queen’s Film Theatre (QFT) has declined the request without reason. The Trust intended the occasion to be a private, invitation-only event. Core Issues Trust is a registered Christian charity in Northern Ireland.
